Here is some important info you will need...
Number 1.... Directions, directions, directions.

The ARC is located on the UC Irvine campus near the intersection of Campus Drive and California Ave.
A. Traveling North on the 405 freeway: Take the Culver exit. Turn left onto Culver and continue down Culver Ave until Campus Drive. Turn right on Campus and drive one block to California Ave. Left on California Ave and then turn left into the ARC parking lot.
B. Traveling South on the 405 freeway: Take the Jamboree exit and turn right on Jamboree. Turn left on Campus and then right on California Ave. Turn left into the ARC parking lot .
Number 2.... Here is the lowdown. Each PiYo™ Lesson is usually $45 but we offer a one time special deal at the PiYo™ training. You get PiYo™ Lessons 2 - 7 for only $99, that's 6 Lessons for $99. This is an unreal opportunity. Each Lesson is only $16.50 each. Let's see, that is less than the cost of a CD, but actually you get a DVD with form n technique and a CD with awesome music. (If you already have 1 of these Lessons, but are interested, I may be able to make a substitute, email me). This is a one time offer only at the instructor training. Unfortunately, they only give me a limited amount and we have over 25 people registered. If you are interested, let me know now! I really need to reserve yours ahead of time. I know some of you have already reserved your sets! Reply anyway! Let me know you want to reserve a PiYo™ Six Pack now! I'll put your name on it, so you can pick it up at the training. There will be other items to purchase if you are interested, but the PiYo™ Six Pack is the best buy. This is the best deal you will find at the event, forgo the Turbo Wear™ and invest in some great music and choreography.
Number 3... Get some rest and chill. This is going to be a fun day, but a fast-paced one. Grab your tote bag, backpack, or duffel and start packing for Saturday. Lay aside 2 comfy outfits that you are going to wear that day right now or tonight. Pick some layers in case it is very hot or very cold. Put 1 or 2 workout towels in your bag. Put a pad of paper, pencil, pen, and highlighter in your bag. Plan what you will eat and snack on that day, try to visit the store this week and stock up on your favorite energy snack. See if you can pack your snacks or food before Saturday morning, label them and let the family know they are off limits. =] Think... what will I need to be comfortable and stress free... lay it aside ahead of time.
