The Irvine Spectrum 24 Hour Fitness is super revamping their Group X Schedule. All of the instructors auditioned in order to be included in this new cutting edge Group X program. Well, I was honored to be able to teach there.. So, I guess I'm an official Alley Cat! Meeeeoooooowwww! Hiss! Hiss!This should be interesting. I saw the redesigned room on Friday and it was very impressive. The room had artistic design, cutting edge lighting and sound. I hope I'm worthy.
I can't wait till I get to teach my first class Monday, April 24th, 6:30pm Turbo Kick™.
Get a sneak peak at the opening night, Tuesday, April 18th. There will be prizes and 30 minutes demonstrations of some of the new formats (24Tease, 24Boogie... etc.).
