Non fitness side note. New addition to the Holt clan. We recently added a 7 month old Giant Alaskan Malamute puppy to our zoo. She is a sweet little baby, of course. So, our pet total is now 3 dogs: Spock, Jadzia, America. Also, we have 1 gentle, fat fancy rat, Jalad and 5 turtles. We have quite a zoo. Gotta love animals to truly appreciate life.
